Dr Michael Muwanguzi is a distinguished physician and world-class leader in emergency medicine, serving as the founding director of Primed Medcentre. With extensive international experience and specialized expertise in integrative and functional medicine, he has pioneered advanced healthcare approaches both locally and abroad, championing African excellence in medicine while elevating global healthcare standards.


Professional Excellence and Leadership

Dr Muwanguzi's expertise spans prolotherapy, advanced life support, and comprehensive integrative medicine approaches. His leadership extends beyond clinical practice, having served as President of the Uganda Canadian Association of Saskatchewan (UCAS) in 2019, following his role as Vice President in 2018. Through these positions, he has been instrumental in spearheading medical associations and fostering international healthcare collaboration. 

Dr Muwanguzi completed his medical internship at Natalspruit Hospital (2007-2008) and performed community service at Sebokeng Hospital in 2009. He subsequently served as an Independent Medical Practitioner at Sebokeng Hospital in Gauteng in 2010 before expanding his international practice.

During his tenure in Canada, he provided comprehensive patient management across clinics, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and surgical assistance.
